This school in Ocean Grove shows what can be achieved with attention to detail.  Prior to installation, the floor required a light concrete grind and a skim coat for a level finish. A variety of floor coverings were chosen to meet the specific needs of each area. Rubber flooring was installed in the gymnasium, providing durability and slip resistance for physical activity. Carpet tiles were laid in a quarter turn pattern, providing a comfortable and inviting environment within the classrooms. Sheet vinyl was laid in front of the kitchenettes for easy cleaning and maintenance. Matting was installed in entrances, stair nosing’s and tactile indicators were also installed to improve accessibility and meet regulations.
